Initially, we identified the return on investment for a single property by manually copying information from websites like Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor into spreadsheets.
Why? Because this is how it was taught in podcasts, books, and YouTube videos.
Cons: This method is slow, doesn't scale well, and can't support multiple strategies.
