Hello! I'm Ariel Herrera, the founder of AnalyticsAriel. My journey into the world of data analytics and real estate began in 2019 when I ventured into real estate investing.

As a busy data scientist, I faced challenges in selecting markets, analyzing deals, and making offers without a time-consuming manual process. Recognizing the limitations of available information, I launched my YouTube channel to document and share my journey of integrating real estate with data analytics using Python.

This passion led to the co-founding of Coffee Clozers, a product designed to assist busy professionals in building their real estate investment portfolios using AI, data, and automation. Through my work, I aim to bridge the gap between real estate and data analytics, empowering others to make informed investment decisions efficiently.
